Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be accepted, any returned item must be:

  • In its original condition, unworn and unwashed
  • With its original tags intact
  • Returned in its original packaging or equivalent
  • Accompanied by the order confirmation or proof of purchase

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or showing obvious signs of use will be refused or subject to a deduction.

3. Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your item for a different size or model? We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to production availability.

Exchange procedure:

  1. Contact us at hello@vestparis.com within 14 calendar days of receipt, specifying your order number and the desired exchange
  2. We will confirm feasibility within 24 business hours
  3. Return the item following the instructions provided
  4. The new item goes into production upon receipt of the return — please allow 18 business days for delivery of the new item

Return shipping costs for exchanges are covered by VEST PARIS for customers in metropolitan France, and are the customer's responsibility for international shipments.

If there is a price difference between the two items, an adjustment will be charged or refunded accordingly.

4. Exclusions

The right of withdrawal and the possibility of exchange do not apply to:

  • Items made to order or personalised at the customer's request (custom sizing, specific adjustments, embroidery)
  • Vests whose protective plates have been handled or removed
  • Unsealed items relating to personal protection and safety, for hygiene and safety reasons
  • Orders placed in a professional or institutional context (B2B), unless a specific contractual agreement is in place

5. Return Procedure

  1. Send an email to hello@vestparis.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. You will receive a return authorisation and shipping instructions within 24 business hours
  3. Ship the item to the address provided within 14 days of your request
  4. Return shipping costs are covered by VEST PARIS for customers based in metropolitan France, and are the customer's responsibility for international returns, except in the case of our error or a defective item

6. Refund

Once the parcel has been received and inspected, we will process the refund within 14 days using the original payment method.

VEST PARIS reserves the right to delay the refund until the return has been physically received.

7. Defective Item or Incorrect Order

If you receive a defective item or one that does not match your order, contact us immediately at hello@vestparis.comwith supporting photos. Return shipping costs will be fully covered and a replacement or refund will be issued at no charge.

8. Legal Guarantee

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defectsas provided under French consumer law.
